  • Titolo x adidas NMD_XR1 Trail "Celestial"

    First look

The latest member of the adidas Consortium will go to the way of Swiss retailer Titolo, who will release its variation of the adidas NMD_XR1 Trail.

Drawing inspiration from the Alpine region of Switzerland, this iteration of the NMD_XR1 Trail is constructed with a pristine-white Primeknit upper, supported by luxurious panels of leather of the same colour on the sides, heel and tongue tag. Both Titolo and adidas branding can be found on the latter.

The notable difference in colour of the “Celestial” colorway will be its translucent glacier-blue outsoles, completes the shoes like the snow-capped mountains in Switzerland reflected in the pellucid waters.

These are releasing exclusively at Titolo (both online and in-store) on the 18th of March, followed by a global release the week after, on Saturday, March 25th. For more NMDs, head over here to view our collection.

  • United Arrows & Sons x adidas NMD City Sock "MIKITYPE"

    First look

Japanese label United Arrows & Sons have joined forces with adidas while working closely with up & coming typographer MIKITYPE to release an exclusive collection of both footwear and apparel.

Tokyo-based calligrapher and type designer MIKITYPE has left his mark on the upcoming adidas x United Arrows and Sons NMD City Sock with a customised typeface. The collaboration is given the all black treatment with the exception of the midsole and outsole, which is in white and gum respectively. The words adidas Originals and United Arrow & Sons can be seen in Katakana at 4 places: the midsole block (which says adidas Originals), the midfoot patch on the medial side, the heel tab and the insoles.

The collection has been scheduled for a March 18 pre-release presumably to be at United Arrows & Sons stores, followed by a global launch at select adidas retailers on March 25. You can see the apparel collection and some on feet shots on United Arrows & Sons website here.

  • Stella McCartney for adidas x Parley Ultra Boost Uncaged

    First look

The adidas x Parley Uncaged Ultra Boosts, first released back in 2015 at the United Nations headquarters, are made with recycled ocean plastic as part of adidas' corporate social responsibility strategy. The Parley collaboration has since have received a new look as the German giant partners up with Stella McCartney.

These adidas by Stella McCartney Ultra Boost sneakers combine comfort from the boost™ and Primeknit, with yarn spun from reclaimed and recycled ocean waste. A free-floating arch leaves the boost™ in the middle of the shoe exposed slightly, and this colourway is similar to the popular Cream Ultra Boosts, albeit a few shades lighter. The shoe is complete with branding on the tongue tag, and a burgundy heel tab for a pop of colour. Parley branding can be found on the insoles, which are the environmental group's signature colour, a pastel blue.

You can get yours here directly at adidas, or you can head over here to view our Ultra Boost collection.

  • Nike Flyknit Racer "Goddess"

    First look

When the Nike Flyknit Racer first hit the market, two-toned colours were commonly seen, alternating on both the medial and lateral sides. The new Racers that came out so far in 2017 were predominantly of a single colour, and the new addition to the family following the release of its counterpart, the Flyknit Racer "Triple Black", is none other than the Flyknit Racer "Goddess". As pure as an angel, only a single hue can be seen on the entire shoe bar the outsoles, which have always been black. They have been released, and you can get your pair here.
