Are your products authentic?

Yes, all our products are authentic and brand new with its original box and accompanying tags and accessories (if any). We will provide a full refund if our products are found to be replicas, fake, etc.

Can I change the order details after placing an order and making payment? 

For order details such as size, model and quantity, you will NOT be able to make changes to that after making payment. We strictly do not accept requests for size exchanges after your order has been processed, so please make sure you purchase the correct size.

For order details such as name, address and phone number, please contact us as soon as possible with the updated information, so that we can make amendments before shipping your order(s) out.

 

What do I need to do if I am paying through Bank Transfer (Singapore only)?

Please transfer the amount stated in the order total (inclusive of delivery and/or taxes, if any) to the account below:

You will be automatically upgraded to Next Day Delivery at no additional cost if you pay via Bank Transfer, even if you have selected Standard Delivery at the time of check out.

Your order will be cancelled after 3 working days if we do not receive the payment. Please contact us if you require an extension in addition to the stipulated time given.

 

What do I need to do if I am paying through Atome / Grab / ShopBack PayLater?

After selecting either Atome / Grab / ShopBack PayLater as the payment method, simply follow the instructions on screen, and you will be directed to the individual payment provider's site.

 

What do I need to do if I am paying through PayNow?

After selecting PayNow as the payment method, scan the QR code shown using your mobile device. If you are using a mobile device to check out, you can take a screenshot of the QR code and upload it to your mobile banking app.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

AFTER payment, orders will take estimated 7-12 working days to arrive at our office, where a thorough QC will be done to ensure that you do not receive defective goods. We will then contact you to arrange for delivery, so please ensure that your details (contact, address, etc.) are correct. This will take an additional 1-2 working days.

Therefore, the estimated time taken is 8-13 working days. In an event of a delay, this estimated time will take longer, and we will keep you updated regarding the status of your order. Please bear in mind that we have no control over these delays, and we also wish to get the shoes to you as soon as possible. Delays are almost always due to shipping, and very rarely, wrong size(s) sent by the supplier.
In the event of the wrong size(s) being sent, we will liaise with the customer immediately to obtain a new pair as soon as possible, with compensation of some form (e.g. upgrade to Next Day Delivery).

Occasionally, the size(s) ordered by the customer will not be available. In that case, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue, either via a size/model change (together with a top-up by the customer / partial refund by us if there is a price difference) or a full refund.
