This policy is effective for 10 days – including both working and non-working days – from your date of receipt. If 10 days have passed, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. We will strictly follow this rule even in the case of defected items – more below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges
You can always exchange the item you purchased from us for another colour and/or size, or return for a full refund within 10 days from the date of receiving the shoes.
You are liable for the cost of return shipping.
As the purchased items may be of high value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or even purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it’s sent by normal mail (in the case of SingPost).
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged properly before shipping it back to us. We have the right to not offer you a refund should the item be found to be in poor condition, e.g. badly crushed box, damaged shoes.
In the event that an order contains defected items, please inform us immediately and we will refund you the return shipping cost upon receiving the items. They must still be in unused condition, and we will not tolerate any explanation/refund if the items show signs of usage, e.g. dirt marks.

Please drop us an email and let us know your order number, the reason for return and the tracking link / number as well as the tracking website. Registered Mail is strongly recommended in case of lost parcels. Do take note that Normal Mail usually results in damaged packaging and contents.
