Local Orders

All Local orders will be dispatched between 1-2 working days after arriving at our office for a final check via Standard Delivery (3 Working Days).

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate; we are not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses. Should you wish to change the delivery address, feel free to drop us an email at customerservice@saints.com.sg as soon as possible.

Overseas Orders

All Overseas orders will be packed and dispatched between 1-2 working days after receiving it at our office for a final check. Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate - we will not be able to change the shipping address upon dispatching your order.

A tracking number by Singapore Post (SingPost) or the courier you have chosen will be sent via email. The delivery timeframe is an estimate and we have no control over any sort of delays. 

For Registered Mail, it is common practice for SingPost to hand over the package to the destination country's postal service (e.g. USPS for United States). Tracking will therefore stop there - you can contact your local postal service for more information about the package - they may or may not be able to get the new tracking number that they use for you.

Other couriers such as Aramex and TNT Express (subsidiary of FedEx) may be used if the shipping costs are similar to what you have selected. Any additional costs on top of that will be covered by us ONLY if you have selected Speedpost Standard or Express services. These are more reliable with tracking at each point of delivery as compared to Speedpost.

Do note that the receiver is still responsible for customs fees, taxes or any other form of charges incurred after we have shipped the item.
